Direct contact with any sellers or occupants is strictly prohibited under all circumstances.
1.2 Non-Interference – Any attempt to circumvent, bypass, or directly engage with property sellers or occupants, in any manner, will be considered intentional interference with an existing contract and a direct violation of these terms.
1.3 Damages, Penalties & Enforcement – By using this website, you expressly acknowledge and fully accept that any breach of these terms, including but not limited to unauthorized contact or contract interference, shall result in immediate liability for a minimum penalty of $25,000 (USD), payable to the contract holder.
You further agree that this penalty is fair, reasonable, and enforceable under the law. Solid Ground Investments LLC and/or KHomecenter LLC reserve the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including but not limited to injunctive relief and additional monetary damages, to the fullest extent of the law, and you waive any defense against the enforceability of these penalties. By continuing to use this website, you unconditionally affirm and agree to these terms in their entirety.
Any violation shall be subject to strict enforcement without exception.
