I'm humbled that you'd allow me to share my knowledge with you.
Since this will be both an investment on your part as well as my part, I want to be very upfront and candid with you...
There is a time commitment. The commitment begins in June and ends in December. Afterwards, you will be tasked with implementing what you've learned.
There is a financial commitment. The commitment is $15,000 (and payment plans are available). Note: If you are 1099 or self-employed and don't have a solo 401(k), talk to me. There's a way that you can self-finance this transaction on a 5-year repayment plan.
There is a mental commitment. You will be asked to suspend all limiting beliefs you have about yourself because I will not be "babysitting" you. No excuses at anytime.
I will begin interviews for this process in the next week, so you will need to make a decision quickly, but I don't plan on having any more than 3 individuals on this journey with me.
Here's what you will learn from me and what you will be able to do with that knowledge:
-I will show you how to effectively and repeatedly attract the type of client you want to work with. This should put appointments on your calendar with people that actually have the money to pay for your services.
-I will show you how to close your prospective appointments. You will increase your closing rate and you will have more people say "yes" to your core service offering.
-I will show you how to uncover the needs of your ideal client avatar. This will increase your revenue per client.
-I will show you how to reduce your costs to a bare minimum so that you are running leaner. This will increase your profit margin.
There's a lot more, but I figure it's too early to blow your mind 🤯. Rest assured, you should see results well before our time together is over.
Final Notes...
Since I've coached so many advisors, I thought I'd answer some common objections/concerns you may have at this point...
Q: Is there any specific licenses, credentials I need in order to take advantage of this opportunity?
A: No. As long as you have at least an insurance license and 3 years of experience in financial services you could be in this program. To take advantage of 100% of everything I could recommend to you, you would be Series 65 licensed and have 5 years or more of experience.
Q: $15K seems like a lot. Why so much?
A: Actually, this is my discounted rate. And if you're asking this question you are clearly not ready for this program. The truth is that if you don't want to spend this, it's because you don't believe you are worth this type of investment. I pay over $25K a year for coaching (not including conferences and masterminds I am a part of). Also, this is better than sitting on zoom or in a classroom learning from someone that is not even doing what you want to do!
Q: What proof do you have this will work for me?
A: If you can read, write and listen, this can work for you. Here are some clients I've worked with though. I will be sharing things that could easily take you to $150,000 in additional revenue in the next 12 months. Your investment is 1/10th of that. One of my clients tripled his revenue inside 12 months. He's still implementing the principals he learned and year-to-date he has sold $4.7MM in annuity business.
Q: What if I'm a captive agent or at a broker-dealer that probably will not approve some of the things you suggest? A:Then you have a decision to make. You can either anticipate their "no" and/or your inability to workaround that thereby losing out on this opportunity, or you can relieve yourself of that mentality (since it doesn't serve you) and schedule an interview. Point being, if you tell yourself "no" before you get started, you're not even giving yourself a chance.
Q: Will I be spending 1-on-1 time with you or is this group coaching?
A: This should be irrelevant to you. Here's why...you and I both have learned things (i.e. had an aha moment) in different types of learning environments (e.g. virtual, one-on-one, audience, etc.). How you get the information should be less of a concern than getting the information. I will use all the means at my disposal to make sure that the knowledge I possess is transferred to you.
