Terms and Conditions for Lucid Project Design $500 Discount Voucher 

Eligibility 

1. This offer is valid only for new customers who have not previously purchased services from Lucid Project Design. 

2. The offer is limited to one discount voucher per business entity. 

Social Media Requirements 

To qualify for the discount, participants must: 

1. Follow and maintain an active follow status on the Lucid Project Design social media account where they saw the promotional post.  

2. Like the specific promotional post about the $500 discount offer.  

3. Share the promotional post with three (3) different contacts, including at least one business partner.  

4. Keep the shared post public until the discount voucher has been validated and applied.  

Validation Process 

1. Participants must provide their social media handle to validate:   

1.  Their follow status on our social media account 

2. Their like on the promotional post 

3. Their shares of the promotional post 

2. Lucid Project Design reserves the right to verify all submissions and may:  

1. Contact the shared contacts to confirm receipt of the promotional post 

2. Check social media engagement timestamps 

3. Request additional verification if needed 

Discount Application 

1. The $500 discount:  

1. Applies only to Gold Package services 

2. It is valid only for the first month of service of the gold package he availed.  

3. Cannot be combined with other promotional offers or discounts 

4. Must be used within 90 days of voucher issuance 

5. It is non-transferable and non-refundable and cannot be converted to cash. 

2. The discount will be applied as follows:  

1. Deducted from the first month's invoice  

2. Only applicable to the service package's base price 

3. Cannot be applied to additional add-ons or customizations 

Service Agreement 

1. Recipients must sign a standard service agreement with Lucid Project Design. 

2. The minimum service term for Gold Package services remains applicable. 

3. Regular pricing will apply after the first month or the second purchase.  

Restrictions 

1. The discount voucher:  

1. Cannot be exchanged for cash 

2. Cannot be used retrospectively 

3. Cannot be split across multiple services or months 

4. Cannot be applied to existing contracts or renewals 

2. Lucid Project Design reserves the right to:  

1. Modify these terms and conditions at any time 

2. Verify the legitimacy of all submissions 

3. Reject submissions that don't meet the stated requirements 

4. Cancel or modify the promotion without prior notice 

Important Notes 

1. All submissions are subject to verification and approval by Lucid Project Design. 

2. Incomplete or fraudulent submissions will be rejected. 

3. Allow up to 5 business days for verification and processing of your discount voucher. 

4. The discount offer is subject to service availability in your region. 

Privacy Notice 

1. Personal information collected during this promotion will be:  

1. Used solely for the purpose of validating and processing your discount 

2. Handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy 

3. Stored securely and not shared with third parties
