Terms and Conditions for the $50 Discount Voucher 

1. Eligibility 

• The $50 discount voucher is available to individuals who sign up for the Lucid Project Design email list. 

• The voucher is valid for new and existing customers. 

2. Voucher Usage 

• The voucher provides a one-time discount of $50 on any Lucid Project Design service, including but not limited to branding, web design, content creation, and digital marketing. 

• The voucher cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or special offers. 

3. Redemption Process 

• To redeem the voucher, customers must reference the unique voucher code provided in the confirmation email when booking services. 

• The voucher must be redeemed before the expiration date specified on the voucher email. 

4. Validity Period 

• The $50 discount voucher is valid for a period of 90 days from the date of issuance. 

• Unused vouchers will automatically expire after the validity period. 

5. Restrictions 

• The voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods. 

• Only one voucher may be used per customer. 

• The voucher is applicable only to services offered by Lucid Project Design and cannot be applied to third-party services or products. 

6. Cancellation and Refunds 

• If a service booked using the voucher is canceled by the customer, the voucher will be considered redeemed and cannot be reissued. 

• Refunds for services booked using the voucher will exclude the $50 discount value. 

7. Modifications 

• Lucid Project Design reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this voucher program at any time without prior notice. 

8. Disputes 

• Any disputes related to the voucher program will be subject to the jurisdiction of Las Vegas, Nevada.  

9. Acceptance of Terms 

• By redeeming the voucher, customers agree to these Terms and Conditions.
