INFORMATION HANDBOOK

Hi Troupe Families

We are super excited to be taking our Troupes to Showcase Nationals in January 2027! For some, you have done this before, and for some this is completely new, so following on from the initial information we’ve previously shared, please find our full Showcase Nationals Information Handbook below.

FINAL CONFIRMATION FORM *** ALL TO COMPLETE ***

ALL families are required to please submit the below Final Confirmation form by Friday 28th August 2026 to confirm if you will or will not be attending, along with some other further details.

SHOWCASE NATIONALS PRODUCTION ROUTINE - CHOREOGRAPHY SESSIONS

Please see information regarding this in the above mentioned Handbook. For those that are committing to this additional routine, dancers will need to be available for the choreography sessions for this in the upcoming October holidays. Please see details below for required dates, a specific schedule for age groups will be released closer to the holidays.

SHOWCASE NATIONALS REHEARSALS

Additional rehearsals will also be held in January before we go up to QLD. These rehearsals will be used to rehearse and reposition all routines ready for Nationals and rehearse the Production Routine. Please see details below for required dates, a specific schedule for age groups will be released closer to the EOY holidays.

SHOWCASE NATIONALS FEES

Additional fees are associated with dancers attending Showcase Nationals, this includes our Showcase Nationals Performer fees and Production Routine Costume fees. Information regarding these along with debit dates are outlined further in the above mentioned handbook and exact costume costs will be confirmed at a later date.

SHOWCASE NATIONALS - COMMEMORATIVE SHIRT

As part of your dancers Showcase Nationals Fee, all dancers will receive a DS Showcase Nationals Commemorative Tshirt to wear at Showcase! We will have further information to come regarding this soon including selecting your dancers tshirt size, and the possibility of Supporter Tshirts for the keen mums/dads/family! Watch this space!

SHOWCASE NATIONALS BAND GROUP FOR COMMUNICATION

All communication regarding Nationals will now go through it’s own separate BAND Group and not through individual Troupe groups.

Anyone attending Nationals will need to join this group, as this will be used extensively in the lead up, and also at Nationals for the duration our team is there. Click the button below to join.
