CARNIVAL EISTEDDFOD - 18TH & 19TH JULY

Hi Troupe Families,

Please find below updated information in regards to Report Times & Information Pack for the upcoming Carnival Eisteddfod at the end of the holidays.

REPORT TIMES

Students are to meet the DS team at their report time as outlined below. Students are to arrive with their first costume on under their DS Troupe Jacket/Tracksuit. Please ensure dancers only pack what they really need in a small bag to ensure we have enough space for everyone. Please do not pack food etc for in the changeroom.

Please ensure all dancers are there and ready at the report time as due to holidays with no practise for 2 weeks and absences for the eisteddfod teachers may need to rehearse and rework positions.

Please note: Parents will not be able to enter the changeroom with their dancer.
