ALL STAR CHEER UPDATE

Hi Cheer Families

We are so excited for Comp Season and cannot wait to see our Cheer Teams hit the mat at Mid Year concert next week, then followed by their first competition of the year at the end of Week 1 Term 3. If we can please ensure everyone is in class so our teams can rehearse their routine and practice stunts safely, it would be much appreciated!

COMP CHEER LEVY

A reminder the second instalment of the Comp Cheer Levy will be billed and debited in Wk 11 on Thursday 2nd July 2026.

If you require assistance with a payment plan for this levy, please email us on info@dancesensations.com.au to discuss.

CHEER UNIFORM UPDATE

We have now received the remaining Comp Cheer uniforms and these will be distributed to athletes shortly.

For all Uniform purchases, socks and bows are included. If you have an existing uniform however and you need to replace your bow or socks these can be purchased online via the links below.

FIRST COMPETITION - DCE STATES JULY

We're so excited for our first comp DCE States. We are just awaiting final information from the comp organisers and we will then send out a detailed email with all dates, times etc. We anticipate that this comp will be held on Sun 26th July, however we will confirm ASAP.

As this competition will be held at the end of Wk 1 of Term 3, to ensure our athletes are prepared and for the safety of all athletes we will be holding a rehearsal in the School Holidays. Please see details below.

SCHOOL HOLIDAY REHEARSAL

A Holiday rehearsal will be held with our Comp Cheer Teams on Thursday 16th July 2026. We will communicate further information in regards to an exact schedule shortly but please save the date. Watch this space for more info.

COMP CHEER COMMUNICATION

A reminder, at Dance Sensations we use BAND APP for all class and Comp Cheer Team communication. Band allows you the opportunity to discuss Comp Cheer related matters with the team, and where required you can have a private message chat with the teacher if it is a matter that cannot be discussed in the class forum. On Competition days this is where all important information is communicated throughout the day.
