WOLLONGONG EISTEDDFOD - 4TH & 5TH JULY

Hi Troupe Families,

Welcome to Comp Season! We are SO excited for Mid Year next week and to get all of our Troupe routines on the stage, then followed by our first Eisteddfod at the end of term.

COSTUME BALANCES

Costumes have arrived and are currently being packed and finalised. We are so excited to get them out over the next week or two!

Troupe Costume Balances will be billed and debited in the last week of this term Wk 11 - Thurs 2nd July 2026.

Please see an outline of costumes below so you are aware of the amounts charged, these will also be outlined on your Statement sent on the Wednesday prior to your debit.

Fees that are bold include the $100 costume deposit amount not yet billed for these costumes.

WOLLONGONG EISTEDDFOD - SAT 4TH & SUN 5TH JULY

REPORT TIMES

Students are to meet the DS team at their report time as outlined below. Students are to arrive with their first costume on under their DS Troupe Jacket/Tracksuit. Please ensure dancers only pack what they really need in a small bag to ensure we have enough space for everyone. Please do not pack food etc for in the changeroom.

Please note: Parents will not be able to enter the changeroom with their dancer.

Report times below may be subject to change, if any changes occur to report times we will communicate this on BAND.

All information for each competition, with hair and makeup info will be outlined on the Troupe Info Site below. You can also scan the QR code on your costume bags to navigate to this site for all report times and information!

Please use the info site above to check all hair and makeup requirements for each dance.

STOCKINGS, SHOES, ACCESSORIES

Please use the info site above to check all stocking, shoe and accessory requirements for each dance.

Stockings & Shoes will need to be purchased by families, unless otherwise noted. Accessories will be provided with your dancers costume, however, please note that any lost accessories will incur a fee for replacement.

UNDERWEAR

Please make sure underwear is seamless and tan. 

COSTUMES

Costumes will be distributed in classes over the next week or two prior to the upcoming eisteddfod.

Please speak with your dancers about being responsible with their costumes and accessories at eisteddfods to minimise lost property etc. Any lost accessories will incur a fee for replacement.

Please ensure you thoroughly check through your dancers costume bag PRIOR to each eisteddfod to make sure your dancer has all belongings, including any accessories.

Tickets available for purchase via the IPAC Box Office. We will share more information as we receive.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEOGRAPHY

This eisteddfod does not allow photography or videography and if anyone is found to be recording a performance, they have the right to disqualify the act being recorded and they will automatically be disqualified.

ATTENDANCE

It is super important that in the lead up to our competitions that all students are present in all classes so they feel confident and prepared for the stage! Being in a Troupe is being part of a team, so please make sure your dancer attends all classes unless you have a valid reason.

EISTEDDFOD COMMUNICATION

For last minute communication on comp days please make sure you are logged into BAND app. This is the best place to contact us if you need to get hold of the team, and we will post in there meeting points and if there are any changes or delays.
