We are SO excited to do it all again with our Troupes at the end of this month! Here's all the info for the upcoming Rising Stars Eisteddfod on 27th & 28th September.

REPORT TIMES

Students are to meet the DS team at their report time as outlined below. Students are to arrive with stockings on (if worn) and some parts of costume on under their DS Troupe Jacket/Tracksuit. You can also scan the QR code on your name tags in your costume bags for all report times and hair and makeup!

Please note if any changes occur to report times we will communicate this on BAND.

All information for each competition, with hair and makeup info will be outlined on the Troupe Mini website below.

HAIR & MAKEUP

Please use the mini website above to check all hair and makeup requirements for each dance, as well as accessories and shoes! As soon as we have confirmation of the program we will confirm hair requirements.

UNDERWEAR

Please make sure underwear is seamless and tan. 

COSTUMES

A reminder to please ensure you thoroughly check through your dancers costume bag this week PRIOR to the eisteddfod to make sure your dancer has all belongings.

Please also speak with your dancers about being responsible with their costumes and accessories at eisteddfods to minimise lost property etc.

TICKETS & ENTRY

Tickets available at the door and is CASH ONLY.

Adult per Session $30

Adult Day Pass $40

Child/Aged Pension per Session $20

Child/Aged Pension Day Pass $30

ATTENDANCE

It is super important that in the lead up to our competitions that all students are present in all classes so they feel confident and prepared for the stage! Being in a troupe is being part of a team, so please make sure your dancer attends all classes unless you have a valid reason.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEOGRAPHY

This eisteddfod does not allow photography or videography and if anyone is found to be recording a performance, they have the right to disqualify the act being recorded and they will automatically be disqualified. Professional Photographers and Videographers are on site. For this Eisteddfod this will be In the Spotlight Productions.

EISTEDDFOD COMMUNICATION

For last minute communication on comp days please make sure you are logged into BAND app. This is the best place to contact us if you need to get hold of the team, and we will post if there are any changes or delays.
