Hey friend,
You’ve built a successful career. You’ve checked the boxes, led the teams, hit the goals.
But lately?
You’re stuck. Not lost exactly but not clear either.
It’s like standing in a room that used to fit perfectly… and realizing its suddenly become too small after months (years??) of burnout, politics, or just pushing through.
That’s where many of my clients find themselves when we first meet—high-achieving, mission-driven professionals who know they’re meant for more… but aren’t sure what that looks like yet.
They know fulfillment is essential but so is being paid well for your brilliance. It’s time for you to do meaningful work and be well-compensated for it.
I often describe this work like helping a butterfly realize it can’t fold itself back into a chrysalis.
Once you’ve felt the tension between who you’ve been and who you’re becoming, you can’t unfeel it.
That’s the inflection point.
And it’s not just about career “how-tos” it’s about building the inner architecture to carry a new kind of work, alignment, and earning power.
This might surprise you:
👉 You don’t have to choose between meaning and money.
👉 You don’t have to settle for either/or.
👉 You get to move forward with clarity, confidence, and integrity, into work that actually fits.
✨ Start with the Spark: A “Peak Moment Scan”
If you’re feeling disconnected from your work, or even dreading it, this short reflection can help you reconnect to what actually lights you up.
Look back over the past year (or longer) and identify 3–5 moments where you felt:
They don’t have to be dramatic. It could be:
A difficult decision you handled with clarity
A conversation that left you feeling grounded
A project that tapped into your natural genius
Then ask yourself:
What was I doing in that moment?
What strengths or values was I using?
What does this tell me about the kind of work I want more of?
This is how we begin to tune back into your inner compass, not by asking “What should I do?” but “When do I feel most like myself and why?”
The answers are often already inside you. You just need the space and the right questions to excavate them.
If this feels like where you are, you’re not alone. And you’re not too late.
This is the beginning of something new and it’s worth honoring.
Cheering you on,
