You Are Not Dreaming Big Enough

How often do you allow yourself to consider what’s possible for your life?

How big do you let yourself dream?

If you’re like most people, the answer is, “Not much.”

There’s a level of discomfort or even embarrassment that comes along with the idea of considering what you really want.  Negative thoughts creep in the shadows of your mind.  Fear or doubt become the hidden rudder that keeps you on course with the expected norms for your life.

On a Lighter Note:

I recently joked with a client that if I had a dollar for every time I’ve heard someone say, “I just need to push through this week,” I could retire and write career affirmations on a beach in Costa Rica. 🌴

Here’s the thing: your body isn’t a loan you can keep defaulting on. It keeps the receipts.

So, if you’ve been walking around saying “I’ll rest when things calm down,” let me gently remind you: calm isn’t coming to save you. You have to build it into your life on purpose.

Even five minutes of quiet, a walk around the block, or closing your laptop without guilt can shift things. Pay yourself first—your energy account will thank you.

Here’s to rest that feels radical and rhythms that restore. You’re worth it.

We'd love to hear from you!
