07/09 Release

This release expands Data Quality tools, introduces AI-powered report discovery, and adds several workflow and usability improvements throughout Momentum AMS.

Data Quality & Reporting

The Missing Data Fields tool now covers Tasks and Opportunities in addition to existing record types. The Birthday Mismatch tool gains a new batch action for syncing dates of birth between Principal and Driver records. A new AI-powered Report Finder lets you describe what you're looking for in plain language and receive report recommendations instantly.

Dashboard & Action Center

The Action Center now supports Completed Mode, batch actions, and batch updates for status and due dates — making it faster to manage and organize daily work items.

Policies, Quotes & Certificates

A new batch action lets you set the Bind Date as the Effective Date across multiple records at once. Annualized Premium calculations have been updated for short-term policies. Certificate Holders now display a count of associated certificates for easier tracking.

Navigation & Usability

Floating column headers have been added to large list views including Insureds, Policies, and Endorsements, keeping headers visible while scrolling. Quote Applications now support Cards View, and Agent/CSR selectors include improved filtering options throughout Insert and Edit screens.

07/23 Release

This release focuses on reporting improvements, policy administration, carrier downloads, search enhancements, and agency configuration updates throughout Momentum AMS.

Reporting & Agency Overview

A direct link to Industry Agency Benchmarks has been added to the Agency Overview dashboard for easier performance comparisons. The Policy Amounts interactive report now includes an Agency Fees row for more complete financial reporting.

Policies, Claims & Commissions

A new batch action lets you update the Billing Type across multiple policies or quotes at once. A new Incident Report claim type has been added for better claim categorization. An optional Agency Commission Rule Percentage column is now available across Policies, Endorsements, and Agency Commissions for faster commission review.

Search & Navigation

Hovering over a policy number in Dynamic Search now displays the Effective and Expiration dates without opening the record. Change Request actions are now accessible directly from Global Search results for Insureds, Prospects, Policies, and Quotes.

Agency Configuration

A new Notification Settings option has been added to the Agency Details Actions menu for centralized notification management. Additional Label Dictionary entries have been added for Line of Business, LoB Class, and Carrier.

Carrier Downloads & Data Quality

Carrier Downloads now includes the ability to download the original

AL3 file directly. The Data Quality Tools index page has been visually refreshed for improved readability and navigation. Portal access

status is now visible directly on Insured and Prospect Details pages.
