This release focuses on Change Request improvements, Action Center enhancements, and better workflow visibility across Momentum AMS. You'll notice more flexibility in how your team manages tasks, stronger tools for tracking outstanding requests, and a cleaner experience across key areas of the platform.
Change Requests
Change Requests now support due date assignment and batch actions, making it easier to prioritize workload. Personal Lines Change Requests also gain List View, Insert, Edit, and Fill PDF Form functionality.
Dashboard & Action Center
The Action Center now supports filtering by agent, location, and tag, with added sorting by entity type and due date. Users can also create multiple Action Center templates and switch between saved configurations for a more customized workflow view.
Reporting & Data Quality
Quick Export now includes tags as selectable columns for cleaner reporting. A new carrier filter in the missing data search helps identify incomplete policy or quote records more efficiently.
Workflow & Pipeline Visibility
Cards View is now available on Insured and Policy Details pages for improved pipeline management. Endorsement lists can now be sorted by balance, and global search results for carriers, MGAs, and referral sources now include a View Reps option for faster access to rep information.
