Reporting & Commission Updates
Expanded filters and location-based views support deeper performance analysis, including the ability to split Month/Year in Review reports by agency location. The new Producer Commissions Report and enhanced Producer Leadership Board add more detailed financial and production tracking.
Workflow & Navigation
Change requests are now accessible directly from dashboard grids. Workflow checklists can now be added directly from policies and quotes, with a confirmation dialog added to prevent accidental navigation resets.
Lead, Carrier & Agency Management
New referral source category columns and filters improve lead tracking and segmentation. Carrier information can now be verified against NAIC data, and agency location insert/edit functionality has been expanded across multiple views.
Policy & Data Visibility
A new garaging location field improves underwriting accuracy for vehicles. Archived (Xref) records can now be viewed directly from insured and prospect detail pages.
