04/16/2026 Release

This release focuses on improving reporting, commission visibility, and overall data accuracy in Momentum AMS. You’ll notice more flexibility in reports, better insight into outstanding commissions, and a few enhancements that make everyday tasks easier.

Reporting & Commission Visibility

Filter by policy-level tags across key reports, including commissions and payments. A new Outstanding Balance column makes it easier to track what's been paid versus what's still owed.

Data Accuracy & Commission Tracking

A new carrier information checker flags missing or incomplete data, reducing discrepancies. New filtering by endorsement amount allows for more precise tracking of mid-term commission changes.

Search, Sorting & Workflow

Search results can now exclude MGAs for faster filtering, and enhanced sorting helps identify high-value policies quickly. Copy lead sources between records to save time and maintain data consistency.

API & Automation

Generate API keys directly within the system to simplify external integrations. Quick access to the MAC One Pager makes it easier to find available automation tools and workflows.

04/02/2026 Release

This release introduces enhancements across reporting, commissions, change request visibility, and data tracking. Updates focus on improving insight into agency performance, expanding filtering capabilities, and streamlining access to key workflows and records.

Reporting & Commission Updates

Expanded filters and location-based views support deeper performance analysis, including the ability to split Month/Year in Review reports by agency location. The new Producer Commissions Report and enhanced Producer Leadership Board add more detailed financial and production tracking.

Workflow & Navigation

Change requests are now accessible directly from dashboard grids. Workflow checklists can now be added directly from policies and quotes, with a confirmation dialog added to prevent accidental navigation resets.

Lead, Carrier & Agency Management

New referral source category columns and filters improve lead tracking and segmentation. Carrier information can now be verified against NAIC data, and agency location insert/edit functionality has been expanded across multiple views.

Policy & Data Visibility

A new garaging location field improves underwriting accuracy for vehicles. Archived (Xref) records can now be viewed directly from insured and prospect detail pages.
