WHY THE YARD GYM?

The Yard Gym is a boutique strength and conditioning space that caters to all fitness levels and age groups.

Aesthetically cool, modern, lifestyle & community-driven. We focus on bringing you a world-class training facility with programs tailored to better your physical & mental wellbeing. 

We offer 40+ AM & PM group training sessions on offer from Monday-Sunday. The Yard’s sessions focus on strength, power, endurance, conditioning & cardio.

TRAINING AT THE YARD GYM

The Yard Gym program runs two sessions, RIG and TURF side by side. Both sessions run at the same time. This creates unity, consistency and an effortless atmosphere. The sessions complement each other, and the programs are built to work together to get the most out of your strength and endurance training.

You can decide to train RIG (Strength) or TURF (Conditioning) depending on your goals and how you feel each day.

The choice is completely up to you.

IS THE YARD LIKE CROSSFIT OR F45?

We have taken the best of both worlds and worked it under one roof with our personal touch. Our group training style has a major focus on building functional strength and all-around able bodies. We deliver world-class training principles, for the everyday individual.

TRAIN LIKE AN ATHLETE BUT YOU DON’T NEED TO BE ONE

The Yard training follows the 4 most basic principles when it comes to programming and training

    Individualisation

To achieve all these principles, we have created a system that allows our clients to have more options, but moreimportantly, apply the correct amount of stress upon the body to achieve a goal. We do this while also having a great time.

HOW LONG DO THE SESSION RUN FOR?

Sessions run for 50 minutes inclusive of warm-up, rundown, 2 or 3 components of work with rest and session explanations in between, then 2 minutes at the end for cool down.
