WHAT IS THE YARD GYM?
A structured, supportive group training experience for everybody, and every goal.
The Yard Gym (TYG) is a boutique strength and conditioning space built for all fitness levels and age groups - whether you’re new to training, getting back into it, or an athlete looking to take your performance to the next level.
Our training model is delivered across two unique zones, running simultaneously during both AM and PM sessions:
RIG SIDE: Rig sessions are focused around power, strength and endurance.
TURF SIDE: Turf sessions aim to be work on your ability to sustain physical and mental stamina with cardiovascular movements that change week to week.
Both sessions operate on the same timer, with two separate coaches leading each side. The programming across RIG and TURF is designed to complement one another throughout the training week, giving you the flexibility to train how and when it suits you, while still following a structured, balanced plan.
Each session is coached, scalable, and designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and stay consistent - no matter where you're starting from.
