✨New Resources: Taking The First Step✨

We know that reaching out for support can feel like a big deal — whether you're considering it for yourself, your teenager, or your child. That's why we've put together three new guides designed to take some of the mystery out of the process. Taking the First Step is available for adults, teens, and parents of younger children, and each one walks you through what to expect, how counselling or therapy can actually help, and why you really don't need to have it all figured out before you get in touch. You'll find all three guides on our website, and as always, if you have questions, we're only a phone call or email away.

Clinician Spotlight: Ian Connop

This month, Ian Connop reflects on being congruent (the same person at work as outside it), embracing his sensitivity, and the quiet mind he relies on daily.

His thoughts on connection, uncertainty, and never feeling bored are worth slowing down for. He's also sitting with a tension about moving rural while staying connected to people and work — though reassuringly, he's not leaving Newport. Click here to read more about Ian.
