SPRING INTO STRONG

Spring is here and with it, a reset.

April is about getting back into a routine that actually works. Not something extreme or short lived, but something you can stick to. Whether you’ve been consistent or you’ve fallen off a bit, this is your chance to lock back in and build momentum going into summer.

At STRONG, we keep it simple: stay consistent, stay accountable, and let the results build over time.

APRIL HIGHLIGHTS

NEW CLASS SCHEDULE

We’re rolling out an updated class structure this month to create a better flow across the week and help you train more intentionally.

Expect more balance, clearer focus days, and a schedule that supports both consistency and recovery.

Be sure to check the text we sent with the updated weekly layout so you can plan your classes ahead of time.

1,000 REP CHALLENGE (APRIL 10)
This is one of our biggest days of the month

We’re switching things up with a full 60 minute class (instead of the usual 45) built around a high energy, full body challenge designed to test your endurance and mental grit.

We’re making this more of an event. Think music, higher energy, and a few surprises in the studio!

WORLD HEALTH DAY - BRING A FRIEND (APRIL 3–6)
We’re opening our doors for you to bring someone with you.

Each member can bring one friend for free, as long as they haven’t tried STRONG before. It’s the perfect way to show someone what we’re about: coached workouts, structured programming, and an environment that pushes you (in the best way).

We’re bringing a different kind of energy into the studio this month:

  • Bruno Mars 24k magic Theme (Coach Natalia) - April 9th

  • Rock & Roll Class (Coach Anna) - April 11th

  • 2000s Hip Hop Theme (Coach Shaylin) - April 17th

  • R&B Pilates (Coach Julia) - April 26th

  • Shakira Theme Classes (Coach Andrea) - April 28th

Same structure, same coaching, just a more fun switch up.

INTRO OFFERS + COMMUNITY POP UPS


If you’ve been thinking about trying STRONG, or you’ve been meaning to bring a friend, this is the time.

We’re rolling out new intro offers at the end of the month, along with pop ups around the community. You’ll be able to find us at:

FRIENDLY REMINDERS

Late Cancel/No Show Policy
To keep classes fair and accessible, we have a $15 fee for late cancellations (under 9 hours) and no shows. If something comes up, just give us a heads up.

Arrive On Time

  • Returning members: please arrive at least 5 minutes early

  • First time clients: arrive 15 minutes early for an intro

Late arrivals can’t be admitted, this keeps everyone safe and the class running smoothly.

Waitlist Tips

Waitlists do move, so be ready.
If you’re on multiple waitlists, narrow it down the night before to avoid getting added to more than one class.

Referrals
If you’re bringing someone new, make sure they haven’t created an account yet. If they have, just text us and we’ll manually apply your credit.

FINAL NOTE

You don’t need to overhaul everything, you just need to start showing up again. April is your reset. Build the routine, stay consistent, and let it compound.
