Late Cancellation & No-Show Policy
To ensure everyone has a fair chance to book their preferred class, we have a $15 late cancellation and no-show fee due to our limited class spots.
A late cancellation is any cancellation made less than 9 hours before class. If you can’t make it, please call or text us so we can free up your spot for another member. We understand that life happens, and we appreciate the heads-up!
Arriving at Class On Time
We kindly ask that all returning members arrive at least 5 minutes before class starts. First-time members must be at the studio 15 minutes prior to the start of class to receive a studio tour and introduce the Rowformer. For the safety of all members, we will not be able to accommodate any late arrivals past the class start time.
Waitlist Tips
Enable push notifications in your app to get instant alerts when you’re added to a class.
Waitlists DO move! Treat your waitlist spot like a confirmed booking and be ready to show up on time. If you’re not fully committed, please cancel your spot.
On multiple waitlists? The night before, choose one class and remove yourself from the others. Otherwise, you may be added to multiple classes and risk late cancellation fees for those you don’t attend.
If you're added to a class from the waitlist but don’t show up, it will be considered a late cancellation or no-show, and the fee will apply.
Referral Credits
At this time, the referral link only works if you send it to someone who has not yet created a profile on the app. If you are referring a friend who already has a profile but just hasn’t purchased a trial or membership yet, please text us at 832.900.4614 with your name and the name of your friend so we can manually credit your accounts.
