Coach Megan Nearing Physiotherapy Licensing!

🧠 Big News: Coach Megan Nearing Physiotherapy Licensing!

We’re thrilled to share that Coach Megan is preparing to take her qualifying exam to become a licensed resident physiotherapist in Ontario. Once complete, she’ll be able to officially begin practicing physiotherapy here at BTB! 🙌

In the meantime, while her credentials are still in transition from the UK, Megan is available for personal training sessions focused on helping you manage aches and pains, improve mobility, and support your joint health.

While these sessions aren’t billable as physiotherapy just yet, they still offer many of the similar benefits — guided by Megan’s extensive knowledge and experience.

If you’ve been dealing with some nagging pain, tightness, or mobility limitations, this is a great opportunity to work with Megan in a personalized setting until her official practice is up and running.

At BTB, we celebrate hard work, dedication, and community spirit—and this month, we’re shining the spotlight on Pina De Sousa and Dennis Sabourin!

Pina De Sousa- 500 Class Club

Pina is the definition of consistency. No matter how busy life gets, you’ll find her showing up at 6 AM ready to put in the work. As a business owner and a dedicated mother of two young girls, she balances her responsibilities while making fitness a priority. Her commitment is an inspiration to everyone around her—proving that when something matters, you make time for it!

Dennis Sabourin- 500 Class Club

Dennis has been a pillar of the BTB community, both in and out of class. Not only has he finally hit the 500-class milestone, but he also goes above and beyond to keep the gym running smoothly. From helping. to build the gym, to shovelling the parking lot, to helping with maintenance, Dennis is always lending a hand. His dedication to both his training and the BTB family does not go unnoticed.

Kilometer's for Cadel

🏁 Fundraiser Workout for Cadel's Racing Season! 🏁

We're excited to rally around one of our own — young gym member Cadel, who races go-karts competitively and is gearing up for another exciting season on the track!

To help support his racing journey, we’re hosting a Fundraising Workout — and we want YOU to be a part of it.

🚨 Event Details:

What: 1-Hour Rowing Challenge

When: Sunday May 4th at 9-11AM

Teams: 2–4 people per team (Sign up solo or grouped!)

Goal: Row as many kilometers as possible in 1 hour

Entry Fee:

Bronze Donation: $25 per participant

Silver Donation: $50 per participant

Gold Donation: $100 per participant

Platinum Donation: $250 per donation

💯 100% of proceeds go directly to supporting Cadel’s racing season!

Whether you’re in it to win it or just want to have some fun for a great cause, this event is all about coming together as a community to help one of our own chase his dreams.

✨ Postpartum Rehab Class: Supporting Moms Every Step of the Way! ✨

Join Our March Postpartum Rehab Program Cohort!

Whether you’re 6 weeks, 6 months, or 6 years postpartum, it’s never too late to restore strength and function in your core and pelvic floor. Our 4-week postpartum rehab program is designed to help moms reconnect with their bodies through a comprehensive examination and progressive healing plan.

Classes are held at Between The Bumpers, and babies are always welcome! You’ll also get your assessment done at Oaktree Health in Stittsville, ensuring a tailored approach to your recovery.

Next Session: May 5th - June 2nd (No Session on May 19th Easter Monday)

Mondays and Fridays at 10 AM

Cost: $349* (Includes assessment fee + group classes)

*May be covered by your extended health benefits!
