Each week, CrossFit will announce the workout on Thursday, and we’ll take it on together every Saturday at 10AM at BTB. Whether you’re aiming for the leaderboard or just want to push yourself in a fun, supportive environment, this is your chance to get involved!

Youth Program Into It's Second Month, a few spots remaining

💪🌟 For grades 6-9, classes will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6-7 PM, focusing on foundational strength, mobility, and fun workouts. 🏋️‍♂️✨

Whether new to fitness or already active, this program will help them build healthy habits!

Festivus Games Are Back – Who’s In

Last year, we had an awesome crew of Between the Bumpers members take part in the Festivus Games, a beginner-friendly CrossTraining-style competition designed for novice and intermediate athletes. It was a fun, supportive event, and we’d love to see even more of our community take part this year!

The competition takes place on Saturday, April 26, 2025, in Smiths Falls and is a great way to challenge yourself, have fun, and represent BTB alongside your fellow gym members (and its a partner competition!).
