Youth Strength and Conditioning

Begins This Month!

We are thrilled to announce the return of our Youth Strength and Conditioning Program for students in Grades 6-9, commencing on January 6th. Sessions will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays at 6 PM. This program is designed to enhance athletic performance and promote fitness in a fun and engaging environment. Due to limited availability, we encourage you to preregister using the links below to secure your spot. Don’t miss this exciting opportunity!

Exciting News: Baby Shower Workout for Erin Case! 

We’re thrilled to invite you to a special event celebrating Erin Case, our amazing RMT, as she gets ready to embark on her next adventure—motherhood! Let’s send her off to Toronto with love, laughter, and, of course, a fantastic workout. Or if you're a friend of Erin's who would just like to come and support Erin without participating in the workout you can do so as well!

Date: Saturday, January 25th

Location: Between The Bumpers Gym (6511 Fernbank Road)

Time:  Workout 9:15-10:00AM, Farewell Gift 10:00AM - 10:30AM


What’s in Store:

A fun, pregnancy-themed workout where you’ll have the option to strap a wall ball to your stomach (for a little empathy and a lot of laughs!) or complete the workout without it. After the workout, we’ll present Erin with a heartfelt going-away gift bag. Members are welcome to contribute, but please keep gifts small and travel-friendly, as Erin will be heading back to Toronto. You can also contribute to a group gift card to help her fill in the gaps for what she doesn't yet have for baby by sending an e-transfer to arden@betweenthebumpers.com

This is a wonderful opportunity to sweat, celebrate, and show our appreciation for everything Erin has done for our community. Let’s make it an unforgettable send-off!

A dedicated professional, Eric has expertly balanced the demands of his work life with his passion for fitness. Today, as he celebrates his well-earned retirement, we also celebrate his incredible dedication to wellness. Despite his busy schedule leading up to this milestone, Eric remained committed to maintaining a healthy lifestyle, frequently integrating cycling into his routine. His enthusiasm for both the gym and the great outdoors serves as an inspiring reminder of the importance of prioritizing wellness at every stage of life. Eric’s perseverance and positive attitude motivate fellow members, showcasing that with determination and passion, fitness can always find a place in our lives. Join Our November Postpartum Rehab Program!

Whether you’re 6 weeks, 6 months, or 6 years postpartum, it’s never too late to restore strength and function in your core and pelvic floor. Our 4-week postpartum rehab program is designed to help moms reconnect with their bodies through a comprehensive examination and progressive healing plan.

Classes are held at Between The Bumpers, and babies are always welcome! You’ll also get your assessment done at Oaktree Health in Stittsville, ensuring a tailored approach to your recovery.

Next Session: January 20th-Febuary 14th

Mondays and Fridays at 10 AM

Cost: $349* (Includes assessment fee + group classes)

*May be covered by your extended health benefits!

Working Around Injuries

Injuries happen! And not always in the places you most expect. Yes people do get hurt at the gym. Although we do our best to coach you correctly, emphasize proper movement patterns, and scale ‘modify’ exercises, there will come a time in every athlete's life where they are dealing with some form of physical injury. Those injuries can also happen outside the gym as well. Things like sleeping funny on your shoulder, spraining your ankle in pick-up soccer, and a host of other mechanisms can lead to injury.

🌟 Celebrating BTB's Committed Club! 🎉

At BTB, we know that true success comes from consistency, not perfection—and our Committed Club members embody this every day. These dedicated individuals have embraced the motto "Be Consistent, Not Heroic," proving that steady effort beats chasing quick wins. Their journey is about more than fitness; it's about building lasting habits, sparking progress, and inspiring those around them.

This December, during a time when busy schedules, travel, and holiday celebrations could have easily derailed their efforts, 12 incredible members stayed true to their goals.
