BTB Evening Yoga Flow!

Join Laura at BTB for Evening Yoga Flow! We're excited to introduce our new evening yoga flow class led by Laura, starting this September. This class is perfect for anyone looking to explore mindful movement, reduce stress, improve flexibility, and feel more calm and relaxed. Through breathwork and intentional movement, Laura will guide you in creating a deeper connection to your body. This practice will help you move, strengthen, create space in both body and mind, and discover insights that you can apply on and off the mat. To kick things off, we're offering a free introductory class on September 11th at 6:15 PM. After that, the 12-week session will officially begin, running until December 11th, with two weeks off in November (dates to be confirmed). StrongHer: Teen's Girls Strength & Conditioning Class
|

Introducing the StrongHer Class: Empowering Teen Girls Through Strength & Conditioning! We are excited to announce the launch of our StrongHer Class, a new program designed specifically for teen girls looking to build strength, confidence, and resilience. This class is all about empowering young women through fitness, providing a supportive and motivating environment where they can challenge themselves and grow stronger, both physically and mentally. Our goal is to offer this class on Monday nights at 6-7PM, starting soon—pending interest. We’re looking for approximately 8 teen girls to join the first session. If we see strong interest and participation, we are open to adding a second night per week on Thursday nights, allowing more opportunities for our teens to engage in this transformative experience. If you or someone you know might be interested in joining the StrongHer Class, let us know! With enough traction, we’ll get started and help our young women become the strongest versions of themselves. *Program will aim to run 1x Per Week on Monday Nights from 6-7PM for $40 bi-weekly to start. Secure your spot to ensure we get the necessary number of participants.

We are excited to extend our warmest wishes to Jane Roberts-Long and Leigh Prichard as they prepare to compete in the prestigious World Masters Dragon Boat Championships this month in Italy! Representing their team out of Bytown, Jane and Leigh have dedicated countless hours of training and hard work to reach this incredible milestone. Their passion, perseverance, and teamwork have brought them to an international stage, where they will be competing against top teams from around the world. We are incredibly proud of their achievements and will be cheering them on as they race to bring home the gold. Best of luck to Jane, Leigh, and the entire Bytown team—go make waves in Italy!

Sarah Kennedy Takes Second Place At Golf Tournoment

We are incredibly proud of Coach Sarah Kennedy, who competed in a pairs golf tournament this past month and gave an outstanding performance! After a tough front half, Sarah and her sister rallied and played lights out on the back half, showcasing their skill, determination, and resilience. Their incredible comeback resulted in a tie for first place, leading to a thrilling 3-hole playoff. While they ultimately fell just short, finishing as runners-up, their performance was nothing short of inspiring. Congratulations to Sarah and her partner for their hard-fought effort and impressive finish! We can’t wait to see what you accomplish next!

The ideal candidate will be well equipped to educate, entertain and inspire our membership base to consistently and effectively improve their fitness and prioritize their health. The successful candidate will be responsible for learning the BTB methodology, teaching body weight, gymnastics, powerlifting, and olympic lifting movements, and supporting our members every step of the way. The successful candidate will coach group fitness classes, personal training sessions, and new member on-boarding sessions.
