School is out for the summer! Looking to get active and build new habits?
As we strive to provide comprehensive fitness offerings for all members of our community, we are pleased to announce two new Summer Youth Strength and Conditioning classes at our gym. These specialized program are designed to help youth and teenagers develop the physical skills, discipline, and self-confidence needed to thrive both in sports and in life.
Led by our highly experienced training staff, this class will focus on building muscular strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance through a variety of dynamic exercises and training techniques. Participants will learn proper form and technique for free weights, resistance training machines, plyometrics, and other modalities to optimize performance and reduce the risk of injury.
In addition to the physical benefits, this class will also emphasize the importance of goal-setting, work ethic, and mental toughness – key attributes that translate directly to athletic success and beyond. By instilling these values in our youth, we aim to foster their overall growth and development into well-rounded individuals.
