We've got a brand new class here at BTB, perfect for the busy working professional that we can't wait to tell you about. We will also be hosting a 'Between The Baby Bumps' Special Pregnancy Workout this Saturday to celebrate a few members at the gym, and looking back at march and our fantastic member appreciation night—and what a night it was!

A heartfelt thank you to all who joined us for an evening of fun and curling. Your enthusiasm truly warmed up the ice!

We're thrilled to unveil ExpressFit 45, our new class designed exclusively for those who demand efficiency and effectiveness in their fitness routine.

Crafted for the busy professional, this 45-minute session is your gateway to enhanced endurance, strength, and flexibility—packaged in a schedule-friendly format.

Dive into sessions that will challenge you with high-intensity intervals, bodyweight exercises, and core-strengthening movements—all energized by a coach that pushes you to your limits.

Join us on:

Tuesdays: 8:00 AM & 5:15 PM

Thursdays: 8:00 AM & 5:15PM

Saturdays: 10:00 AM

Begins the Week of April 8th

No need for an on-ramp, and for newcomers, the first class is on us. For all existing Group Class members, these classes will be included on your membership.

CELEBRATING PARENTHOOD: Between The Baby Bumps Pregnancy WOD

Celebrating Parenthood: The Pregnancy WOD In the spirit of support and celebration, we're hosting a special Pregnancy WOD for Coach Katelyn, Julian LeBlanc, Coach Sam, and Arden! It's not just a workout; it's an experience to honor the journey of our expecting mothers and fathers. Join us for a unique session where our soon-to-be dads will get a taste of the workout with a twist—literally wrapped up! As we will be having the fathers saran wrapped with a wall ball to their stomach and getting a little empathy for what their wives hav endured! Come on out, sweat it out and if you're feeling brave grab some saran wrap. See the image to get a bit of an idea. Mark your calendars. It's going to be unforgettable!
