Solara Ridge is a glass house on 59 acres of gated mountain land in Virginia's Blue Ridge. My husband and I built it after ten years of filming weddings, creating the venue we always dreamed of shooting in, where nature is welcomed into the reception space. Everything you see in the photos is permanent. The steel frame, the polished concrete, the mountain views through every wall. Tables, chairs, the bridal suite, four ceremony locations. All included. Common Questions Can I bring my own caterer? Outside catering is welcome by approval. Alcohol service requires a licensed bartender. We are happy to walk you through the details during your viewing. How far out are you booking? 2026 dates are currently available but Saturdays are booking first. If you have a season in mind, it is worth checking sooner rather than later. What happens at a private viewing? You walk the full property with Leah or Nate. The glass house, all four ceremony sites, the bridal suite, and the grounds. About an hour, relaxed and no pressure. |
