Where Tips Can Improve Your Life

Artificial Intelligence, Human Intelligence, or Both?

It's Everywhere, It's Everywhere!

Are you hearing about AI these days every time you turn around? And how it will impact your business, and what are the "right" and the "wrong ways to use it?

In recent weeks, I attended several Master Classes about AI - Artificial Intelligence. The classes were presented by two different people whose opinions, perspectives, and accomplishments captured my attention and respect years ago. I've been following them ever since.

Two Exceptional Masters

Sam Horn is a woman who is a prolific award-winning author and speaker and the consummate communicator. Her website is The Intrigue Agency She's the former Executive Director of the Maui Writers' Conference, among many other places and situations she brings her unique brilliance.

Danny Iny is the other person. He is Founder and CEO of Mirasee and one of the brightest minds and most outstanding, top-notch educators in the truest sense of the word. It honestly matters to Danny that his students learn. How refreshing! His focus is teaching people to build hybrid courses.

Pervasive Impact

As Subject Matter Experts, AI impacts us.  Until learning a bit more from these two mavens, I was concerned whether the entire tips approach would be swept out from under us...game over. In fact,  the great news is it's not even close to that.

Takeaways

Some of the many takeaways I've gotten so far are these:

From Danny on how AI impacts Hybrid Course Creation

1. Anticipate AI, when used correctly, to be a tremendous time saver.
2. Learn how to effectively feed AI good prompts, which is crucial.
3. Be as specific as possible in feeding AI prompts.
4. Use AI for results in your own expertise so you know if it's valid.
5. Expect to edit, shape, and choose from AI's output.
6. Utilize AI for marketing, discovering effective words, and titles.
7. Recognize that understanding and assessing are outside AI's ability.

From Sam' Masterclass about Micro Content:

'Sounds like tips, right? Sam taught amazing insights about communication nuances in a total of three hours spread out over a week, Much of it was certainly applicable to AI. The content and structure you choose reinforces your personal authentic writing style, which emphasizes your well-established expert status.

1. Tell real stories from your experience and in less than 2 minutes!
2. Keep testimonials brief - maximum 2 lines for each testimonial.
3. Engage your reader, listener, or audience with compelling words.
4. Structure your teaching by connecting it to some acronym.
5. Craft a memorable identifiable 3-word "phrase that pays."
6. Replace a word from a slogan people are familiar with to own it.
7. Differentiate yourself by taking exception to common beliefs.

Always More

Of course, there is much more. The above points are basic, providing a strong foundation on which to build deeper and broader knowledge when ready.
What have YOU learned at a basic level about AI that you'd like to share with the rest of us?
