Winter Show 2024

Sunday, December 15th

Where: Jenks Riverwalk outdoor stage.

When: December 15th 1:15-4:00pm (specific times are listed below on the Winter Show Line Up).

Who: All KDM Dancers including Cross Creek, Faith, and Mayo Dancers!

Winter Show Details:

• Parents, please arrive at your child's designated arrival time. (See Winter Show Line up pictured below).

  1. Dancers will sit with their families in the audience until the name of their song and class are announced.

  2. Check-in - RIGHT OF STAGE. Upon arrival check-in at the check-in table, then please be seated with your dancer in the audience.

  3. Dancer to stay in the audience with parent until class is called backstage to meet their class.

  4. Pick-up - Dancers will exit right of the stage. Please meet your dancer at the check-in table to the right of the stage after they perform their final routine. This will allow a flow of parents to come and go during the show.

     After your dancer performs, they are allowed to leave with their parents once they have checked out.

• Parents, please note stage fright is possible. This is a great opportunity for your dancer to practice in front of an audience.

• We kindly ask you to not stand and move during performances, so as to not distract the kids on stage. Please only move between dances.

• Please arrive on time, as we cannot wait for dancers to arrive.  

• If your dancer is not able to attend the show, please text 918-238-8006 so we may take your child off the check-in sheet.

What to wear?

• Top - Black sweatshirt or t-shirt or Black KDM winter show 2024 sweatshirt or t-shirt.

• Bottom - Black leggings or all black pants.

• Shoes - DO NOT WEAR DANCE SHOES TO EVENT. Wear tennis shoes and change into specific dance shoe for their performance once you arrive. (If class is a barefoot class, please bring tennis shoes or jazz shoes.)

• Make up - Light make-up suggested, but not required.

• Hair - Styled nicely and pulled away from the face.

• Santa hats or holiday headbands are allowed.

• No bows or headwear if in an Acro class or going upside down.

• WE ARE THRILLED FOR ALL OUR DANCERS TO SHOW OFF THEIR MOVES AT OUR WINTER SHOW 2024!!

Spring Recital Costume Fee is

Due December 1st

Here are some answers to some of our FAQ's:

Why is the spring costume fee due in December?

A: To ensure arrival and availability of dance costumes from costume vendors.

How much is the spring costume fee?

A: $75 per student/per class

• Ex: $75 for 1 class

• Ex: $150 for 2 classes

• Ex: $225 for 3 classes

• Note: Mini classes will have one 2-in-1 costume.

All-inclusive parents, the costume fee is included in your tuition. This does not apply to you.

When is the spring costume fee due?

A: December 1st

What is the purpose of the spring costume fee?

A: To ensure that our dancers have access to well-designed and appropriate costumes without having to bear the full cost individually.

A: It helps to maintain the integrity and visual appeal of our annual recital by ensuring that everyone is properly attired.

A: This helps create a visually cohesive and professional appearance for our Annual Recital Performance.

Where can I pay my spring costume fee?

A: Costume Fees will post by November 25. Payment will automatically run with tuition on December 1st. If you are in need of a payment plan, we work with Klarna for financing options; you can find this option in the parent portal and it will need to be set up before December 1st.

November

• Tuition is due on the 1st. If paid later than the 10th of the month, you will receive a $15 late fee. 

• Studio closed Thanksgiving Break-November 25th-30th.

December

• Winter Show date - December 15th

• Spring Recital costume fee due December 1st - $75 per student/per class.

• Wear your PJ's to dance Dec 16th - Dec 21st

• Last day of fall classes - December 21st

• Winter Break- studio closed - December 23rd - January 3rd

January 2025

• First day of spring classes - January 4th.

• If your child is still in need of proper dance shoes, please let us know.
