is a 2008 graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic, holds a Diplomate in Craniocervical Junction Procedures, and runs one of the nation’s premier upper cervical chiropractic clinics, Revive Upper Cervical Chiropractic in Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania.
Having a passion for education, health, and human performance, Dr. Bulow is a speaker for both local and national organizations. Dr. Bulow is an active technique instructor for the Blair Upper Cervical Chiropractic Society and is former President of the International Chiropractic Association’s Council on Upper Cervical Care |

Growing up in dance, Dr. Emily Savage has been passionate about the full expression of life from a young age. Originally from Virginia, she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Shenandoah University.
Upon graduation, she followed her zeal for education, health, and self-expression to chiropractic school. She graduated with honors from Sherman College of Chiropractic in 2021. Dr. Savage is eager to serve her community through specific upper cervical chiropractic care! |
