Ngilgi Cave, Wadandi Country
Thursday 12 March | 4:00pm – 7pm

This Pre-Summit Networking Experience, hosted by Koomal Dreaming on Wadandi Country, offers an immersive and meaningful way to connect ahead of the Regional Innovation Summit.

Set at Ngilgi Cave in the South West, this guided cultural experience invites participants to engage with place, story and Country in a setting that reflects the Summit’s focus on sustainability, collaboration and regional leadership.

The evening concludes with a relaxed, bush-inspired sundowner and dinner featuring local flavours and informal networking. Designed to foster genuine connections between investors, founders, researchers and industry leaders, this experience sets a grounded and collaborative tone for the days that follow.

Caves House Creatures Deck, Yallingup
Friday 13 March | 4pm – 7.30pm

This relaxed end-of-day networking experience brings Summit attendees together on the Caves House Creatures Deck for drinks, live music from Dog House Collective, and an immersive light installation from Astralprojekt — where biology, data and creativity collide.

It’s where innovation meets connection — giving attendees the space to unwind, reflect and turn conversations into action. The Caves House Cleanser is brought to you by Creative Tech Village.

Caves House, Yallingup
Friday 13 March | 8.30am – 7pm

Held at the historic Caves House, the Summit is a roundtable-style gathering bringing together regional and national change makers for a highly interactive day of keynotes, panels, startup pitches, and networking.

The program features keynote speaker Tim Jarvis AM polar explorer, environmental champion and award-winning filmmaker — sharing lessons on leadership, resilience and sustainability. An interactive futures workshop exploring Western Australia’s greentech opportunities beyond 2040, and sessions also highlight Indigenous knowledge, marine biotechnology, and biomedical innovation.
