House Keeping
Check in time 12pm sites, 2pm cabins.
We're doing our best to minimise time spent at the desk and maximise our teams availability out in the park with facilities, cleaning and welcoming you this weekend.
Having young children ourselves we'll also be taking some time during the festival to check it out, but we'll be available via phone if you need anything!
If you arrive when office is closed or unattended, please check your mobile for an sms with site and check in details or call the park number.
Please note we are fully booked out and sites will be allocated based on setup size and our best attempts to group families and groups together.
This is a big weekend!
That means the small team we have may miss things. If you notice toilet paper missing, there's a blocked loo or something needs attention between cleans please let us know right away. We want you to have the best stay and it's important you tell us.
Payment is now due for your full stay.
Our peak terms are 7 day pre-arrival payment applies in peak times to ensure we hold a site for you while they're in high demand. We're turning away lots of bookings each day. For anyone who hasn't made payment already your payment method on file will be charged today to ensure we can send your check in details to allow you to come straight in!
We're a small team (Blake, Amanda and a few casual helpers) so will be flat stick supporting your stay, cleaning, cooking for you and putting on activities - this means we may not be in the office all the time. Please be patient and understanding.
If the office is unattended at any time during your stay and you'd like help or need anything just text or call us or grab us around the park.

Pets must always be kept on a leash and droppings must be picked up.
Pets cannot be left unattended at the park.
Fires - you can have a fire on your site but they must be off ground in a raised firepit and extinguished with water before you leave the park or sleep. You MUST not dump ash in gardens or on ground - use the metal silver bins provided.
We have firepits for hire and timber to purchase. Please don't take pits you haven't hired.
Showers - are $1 for 5 minutes. It can take up to 1 minute for hot water to come through so we've extended our usual 4 minute time. Turn hot on first, put in one coin at a time and then adjust cold.
We tuck all of our water in so please be water conscious during your stay and let us know right away if there are any problems.
Toilets - we do all our own sewerage treatment onsite. Please ensure you and particularly your children go lightly on the toilet paper and only use the paper provided. Its designed to dissolve into our system and our pipes block easy! Blake has a favourite mop if things do get stuck but he'd much rather be helping make good memories for you instead!
River - we have unfenced water through our property. Please keep an eye on your children at all times. We have recently cleared more river access so you'll see this is a work in progress.
