A Prayer for Sharing Faith in the Workplace

Heavenly Father,

Thank You for the work You have given me. I recognize that my workplace is more than just a place to earn a living—it is a mission field where You have positioned me to be a light. Lord, I confess that at times I have been afraid to share my faith. I have allowed fear of rejection, awkwardness, or professional repercussions to keep me silent. But today, I ask that You shrink my fear and grow my confidence. ....

As Christian businessmen, we have a profound opportunity and responsibility to share our faith in the marketplace. The world of business, with its shared experiences, challenges, and relationships, presents a unique platform for demonstrating the love of Christ. Whether it is through relationships with employees, vendors, customers, friends, or family, our daily interactions become avenues for faith-sharing. Our spiritual journey is not separate from our work; it is interwoven into our conversations, decisions, and integrity

The Opportunity in Relationships

The marketplace offers an unparalleled environment for relational evangelism. We spend a significant portion of our lives at work, engaging with people from diverse backgrounds who face the real-life struggles of health concerns, financial instability, relational conflicts, and personal crises. These challenges open doors for spiritual conversations and the sharing of God’s love......

Every month, we will be discussing the 10 ATTRIBUTES, an initiative that leads career-minded men through a transformational experience that develops business leaders who are intentional about integrating their faith with their work.

This month, we have a unique opportunity to dive deeper into our spiritual lives and embrace the theme of "Sharing faith in Christ in my sphere of influence"

C3: Courage. Conviction. Community.

Forge deeper connections in every area of life: with men, with God, and with a shared mission. C3 opens the door to meaningful relationships by bringing men together for one hour each week. Through these regular gatherings, small groups of three or four meet to support and encourage one another in living out their faith in the workplace and beyond. It’s more than networking — it’s about building a brotherhood that strengthens both your spiritual journey and professional life. Join us and be part of something transformative.

Introducing C3 Groups by CBMC

C3 Groups target connecting 30-40 men. The goal is 5 locations throughout OC for a spiritual “cup of spiritual coffee” to start your day. These are Christian business men who gather weekly. Participants join as often as matches their availability, fostering spiritual growth and professional development. These groups are designed to help you integrate your faith into every aspect of your life, especially in the marketplace.

Mentor Mission

Is God calling you to a new season of impact and significance?

This event creates a meaningful space where seasoned, experienced Christian businessmen can connect with and invest in the next generation of leaders. It’s an opportunity for younger Christian men seeking guidance to find mentors who can help them navigate the often-complex balance between faith and business. Through shared wisdom, life experiences, and practical advice, these mentoring relationships can foster both spiritual growth and professional development. By building these connections, participants can strengthen their faith while gaining valuable insight into integrating Christian principles into their careers and everyday decisions.

At CBMC, we urge you to discover your community, your Band of Brothers. Though it demands effort, the rewards are profound. I've belonged to a men's group for 25 years, growing together, providing support, understanding, and facing challenges. Seeking counsel, as God's word suggests, is an invaluable path to a richer life. Presently, 250 men convene monthly in OC. Come join us, be courageous – I'm here to assist. You're welcome!
