Pelvic Rehab + Fertility, Welcome Dr. Gina, and local events!

Summer is here in Sioux Falls — bringing sunshine, movement, and a little more space to care for you. ☀️

For teachers catching their breath after the school year — and for anyone craving a reset — this season is a beautiful opportunity to prioritize your body, your health, and your well-being.

We know how easy it is to put your own care on the side burner when life is FULL. But pelvic floor physical therapy can make a real difference in how you move, how you feel, and how connected you are to your body.

If scheduling your first visit has been on your heart, this is your gentle nudge. We’re here to meet you exactly where you are.

New service alert: I’m currently training as a Pelvic Rehab Fertility Specialist — offering holistic support through cycle tracking, hands-on therapy, and lifestyle care to support your TTC journey. A gentle place to start before medical intervention. Read more down below!

This is where it gets really good…

WELCOME TO THE TEAM, DR. GINA!

Hi, I’m Gina! I’m a Doctor of Physical Therapy with over 15 years of clinical experience, including the last 4 years dedicated to pelvic health. I’m passionate about helping women feel strong, supported, and empowered through every stage of life.

My approach to care is hands-on and personalized. I combine manual therapy, targeted exercise, and patient education to help you reach your goals and feel more confident in your body. I’m also certified in Dry Needling, which I integrate into treatment plans as part of a holistic, evidence-based approach to pelvic floor dysfunction, pain, and muscle imbalances.

Most importantly, I want you to feel heard, understood, and cared for every step of the way. Pelvic health can be a deeply personal and sometimes sensitive journey, and I strive to create a safe, supportive space where you can speak openly and feel truly listened to.

When I’m not in the clinic, you’ll find me spending time with my husband, our two daughters, and our dog. I love cooking, hiking, and learning about holistic health and wellness.

I’ll begin seeing new patients on July 25th, with both early and late appointment times available to help care fit into your life. 💛

During the month of August, I’ll be offering a limited number of free 20-minute pelvic health screenings — a chance to ask questions, get a feel for care, and see if PT is the right fit for you. And as a little bonus, if you book a full evaluation during your screening, you’ll receive a surprise discount! You won't want to miss it! More details to come...
