North Dallas Renovations Earns Prestigious NARI Award: Remodeler of the Year

We have been honored as NARI’s Region 5: South Central 2025 Regional Remodeler of the Year Winner in the Entire House $250,000 to $500,000 category for our historic home project in Frisco Historic District Home Renovation project! We are so humbled by this award!

Winning a RotY Award is a remarkable achievement, recognizing the best in the remodeling industry. This year, the competition was fierce, with 477 entries valued at over $192 million. Our project stood out among the rest in our category and region, showcasing the dedication and skill of our team.

The award-winning project involved the transformation of a 1940s home into a charming, modern craftsman residence in the quaint, sought-after, up-and-coming area of downtown Frisco.

Our primary objective was to enhance the home’s functionality and increase its value while maintaining the neighborhood’s historic charm.

By integrating modern elements and a larger family room, we created a seamless blend of indoor and outdoor spaces, with large windows providing natural light and views of the lush backyard.

Key aspects of the renovation included upgrading the plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems, ensuring safety and modernity. We invested in high-end fixtures and materials to elevate the home's appeal, significantly increasing its market value. The final sale price exceeded expectations, more than tripling the property's value.
