Q: How long has North Dallas Renovations been in business?

Answer ➤ After many years of working on small projects for close friends and family, North Dallas Renovations was established in 2017 and has grown to be one of the leading contracting firms in Dallas.

Q: When can my project start once my deposit is paid?

Answer ➤ The timing for starting the project depends on several factors. However, once the deposit is made, it secures a spot on our schedule for the next available opening. We will then have a discussion with the customer to ensure that the schedule aligns with their preferences as well. Please note that our typical booking period is 4-6 weeks, although this may vary.

Q: What is the purpose of the PSA?

Answer ➤ The PSA is a pre-project engagement where we bring in an architect (if needed), a designer (if desired), and trades to provide precise estimates for each area of work. During this time, we also select all of the finish materials. The goal is to define the scope, make all necessary decisions, and choose all materials so that we can accurately determine the cost of the project.
