Build Water Confidence Before Summer

April is full of ways to grow at Bulldog. From Green Class milestones to Spring Break Splash Weeks and our new Sensory Swim Lessons, this month is all about helping swimmers build confidence in a way that feels safe, supportive, and fun.

Before summer arrives is the perfect time to build momentum in the water. Whether your child is ready for extra practice, a calmer learning environment, or the next step in their swim journey, April is a great time to keep progress moving.

New Program: Sensory Swim Lessons

Bulldog Swim Academy is proud to announce a new program specifically for children with autism and sensory sensitivities. It will offer small class sizes in a quiet and calm space. Classes will be on Thursdays from 3:30 pm - 4:00 pm at our Orange location starting April 16th. For more information or to sign up, please call or email us.

Spring Break Splash Weeks: 1 Month of Progress in Just 4 Days!

Splash Week is a focused spring break program that gives swimmers four lessons in one week, Monday through Thursday. It’s designed to help children build confidence, reinforce skills through repetition, and keep momentum going with extra time in the water in a fun, supportive setting. Splash Week lessons are available during the daytime and in the evening at our Orange location April 6th-9th or April 13th-16th. For more information or to sign up, please call or email us.

Skill Spotlight: Green Class

Green Class is where swimmers start building more strength, better body position, and more confident breathing in the water. At this level, students are working on longer swims, learning pop-up breaths, alligator breathing, practicing safe jumps, and climbing out on their own. It’s an exciting stage where short swims start turning into stronger, more independent swimming.

Gilroy's Fun Fact

Bulldog Swim Academy is proud to be part of the local community both in and out of the pool. In addition to swim lessons, Bulldog sponsors local youth sports like soccer, baseball, and wrestling, and takes part in community events like the Orange Strawberry Festival, The Milford Farmers Market and other gatherings that bring families and local businesses together.
