Happiest of holidays! And as the great Adore Delano once sang, I’m walking into the new year like Blondie, a human ball of laundry. Honestly? Accurate. I’ve been hussying up my life lately. Bought new furniture. Learned a LOT. Specifically: I should not be allowed to assemble furniture. It was the kind of stress that makes you yearn for a relaxing day at the DMV… or major dental work. If you heard a banshee scream from across town, that was me trying to use an Allen wrench. |

I’ve got lots of delicious nonsense coming this year. I am the Ginger to your Mary Anne. The Lucy Liu to your Owen Wilson, The Taylor to your Travis. The Tigger to your Piglet. (I could have said Pooh Bear, but I wear pants, and Tigger was way cooler and loved to bounce.) And honestly, the best thing about hussies is that hussies are wonderful things: joyful, messy, sparkly creatures who bounce through life with a grin and a glitter trail. And in the immortal spirit of Adore Delano: I don’t need perfection… I just need attitude. I’m a messy little glam gremlin walking into the new year like I already own it… because honestly?
