Over the next 3 years, Guard Homeowners Insurance will be withdrawing from the homeowners market. Brokers and insureds will be receiving non-renewal letters and renewal quote offers from Simon Agency starting from September 8th, 2025.

To reiterate, policies will non-renew over a 3-year time period depending on each policy. Simon Agency will reach out with anticipated cancelation dates.
