Studio Reminders

We wanted to remind you of some important studio policies that help ensure a safe and productive experience for all of our students.

🚨Safety

With the season changing and it getting darker earlier, we want to ensure our dancers' safety. After class, dancers will not be allowed to wait outside for their rides. If we don’t see a designated pickup person, they will wait inside. If you’d like to grant permission for your dancer to leave the studio to meet you, please inform us via text or email. Older dancers may go to nearby locations (like the gas station or library) only if we have parent permission on file. Contact us with any questions!

đź©° Dress Code

As we move into the colder months, we want to remind you of our Dress Code policy for dance classes. Proper attire is a crucial aspect of your dance training, as it allows for optimal movement and ensures a safe and respectful environment for all our students.

Loose clothing, jewelry, and baggy sweatpants should be avoided, as they can interfere with movement and jeopardize safety. Hair should be secured away from the face and body. For their safety, students not dressed appropriately for class will be asked to sit out for the day.

🕰️ Attendance & Late Pick Up

Dancers should arrive no earlier than 10 minutes prior to their class time. After class is over, your dancer will not be supervised. Please pick her/him up promptly. If your older dancer has a break between dance classes, he/she is welcome to bring a snack/homework/a quiet activity and wait in our lobby. We will wait 10 minutes after the last class of the evening for you to pick up your dancer. Please be respectful of the staff's time and do not abuse this. Due to the operational and staffing costs incurred when a parent/guardian is late, a Late Fee will be charged.

Thank you for your cooperation in helping us maintain a professional and enjoyable dance experience for all! For more details on all of our studio policy click here ---> Studio Policies

Parent Observation Week!

We are excited to announce that our upcoming Parent/Guardian Observation Week will take place from Dec 2-7.

This is an exclusive opportunity for you to witness your child's progress and marvel at their hard work during their dance classes.

Kindly note that only two grown-ups are allowed in the studio for this event, due to limited space. While we regret being unable to welcome other family members, we invite all of you to attend our annual May recitals where your young performers will take center stage. Thank you for your understanding.
