Many of our buildings are making great progress (here's a pic of our beautiful new pool at the Daytona Beach Club Condo) 😍
Most of the world doesn’t realize just how badly the Daytona area got damaged by Hurricanes Ian and Nicole in 2022, with estimates on damage approaching $1 BILLION (with a B).
Most seawalls along the 23 mile stretch of Daytona (Plus Ormond, DB Shores, and Ponce Inlet) sustained major damage, and many swimming pools were destroyed as a result.
It’s been a long, slow process, hampered by overwhelmed city officials, shortage of contractors, funding, and of course, Turtle nesting season.
But we’re proud to announce that we’re coming BACK and Daytona will be an even greater place to visit!
Can you picture yourself sunning around and hopping in to the pool to cool down? Book now and it should be ready by the time you get here 😊
