Meet the Founders
Joy and Phil Hoover, a dynamic power couple with over 20 years of experience building movements, are dedicated to creating a safer world.
With 19 years of marriage and 12 years of therapy, Joy + Phil are formidable partners fueled by shared vision and determination. Two decades ago, they started by focusing on making a meaningful difference in the lives of at-risk youth through camps, events, and 1-1 mentorship. Seeing the transformative impact of linking arms with folks who are often underserved, they committed themselves to addressing the root causes of inequality and violence.
Having raised funds from over 50 investors in 10 different states, Esōes have created a female founded investor fund. This diverse, powerful group of angel investors are leading the way towards a safer world for everyone in it.
