Now, it's not entirely our fault. For a very long time we’ve been manipulated by lies, distortions and distractions encouraging us to make choices that disrespect our fundamental interconnectedness with our planet. Choices that disrespect the Earth and ourselves at the same time.
The consequences of that disrespect are undeniably upon us.
The resulting pain is reaching crescendo, waking us up!
It's beginning to dawn on us that because we're part of nature, choices that harm the Earth also harm ourselves. We’re being awakened by skyrocketing childhood and adult cancers, rising depression, infertility and birth defect rates, the incidence of diabetes or prediabetes in half our children, and developmental disease or disability (autism, allergies, ADHD, ad-nauseam) in HALF of all American kids born since 1990. By our country’s stagnant life expectancy and crippling chronic disease, despite spending 10x the health care dollars as the next comparable country. By the mental anguish and general misery of our youth, increasing catastrophic Earth events, crashing crops and fisheries, bleaching reefs, manic unexplained wildlife behavior and alteration of natural global patterns, including an actual shift of the Earth’s axis as it spins in space because of man’s immense pumping of groundwater (I mean, what the hay?!)
So it's time to consider: When making daily decisions about how to live - maybe we shouldn’t listen to entirely money-driven companies that abuse and manipulate nature!
Before you despair, know that it's easy to begin to move into Right Relationship with the Earth (and ourselves). Simply factor what’s natural into daily decisions. To the extent possible, eat, drink, wear, use, buy, gift, play and decorate natural, and shun extra devices, EMFs, plastics and disposable almost anything. Be in nature every day - it’s healing (there’s science behind this now). Tune your socials to information from caring experts that guide with hearts and hope. And support businesses, non-profits, healers, policies and leaders driven by a love of the planet and humanity first, and profits second.
The more we’re in Right Relationship with Earth - the more potential we have for true health and well-being.
