STEP 2 – Group discussion with these questionsWhat is the most important thing you need to focus on this week? Example: It might be preparing for a meeting, pushing forward a big project, having an important conversation, or tightening up a process. Identify the one thing that would make the biggest difference if you focused on it.
What distractions do you need to remove so you can maintain focus? Example: Maybe it is unnecessary meetings, constant notifications, multitasking, or wasting time on things that do not move you forward. Removing one distraction can increase your focus instantly.
How would your team benefit if they saw you prioritize focus over busyness? Example: Teams follow the leader. If you model clarity, prioritization, and deep focus, your team will begin to value progress over activity. They will work with more intention and less chaos.
