STEP 2 – Group discussion with these questionsWhere do you need to keep showing up this week even if it feels difficult? Example: Maybe you are building a new habit. Maybe you are improving a skill. Maybe you are tackling a project that feels bigger than your energy. Showing up might mean taking one meaningful step today instead of waiting for the perfect moment.
What is one area this week where persistence would create progress? Example: It could be following up on leads, preparing for a presentation, or revisiting a stalled idea. Even ten minutes of focused effort each day can move something forward that has been sitting still.
How would our team improve if they saw you model grit in real time? Example: If they see you stay steady during setbacks, continue working when things get hard, or bring effort when you do not feel like it, the message becomes clear. Your consistency becomes their permission to stay consistent too.
