MONTHLY CLIENT SPOTLIGHT:

70 Years of Brown v. Board
of Education

This May, we reflect on the 70th anniversary of Brown v. Board of Education, a landmark Supreme Court decision that continues to shape American education.

In 1954, the Court declared racial segregation in public schools unconstitutional, dismantling the "separate but equal" doctrine and challenging the foundations of Jim Crow segregation. Prior to Brown v. Board, Black students faced inferior education in segregated schools. The unanimous decision paved the way for racial integration and ignited a decades-long fight for educational equity.

While Brown v. Board's legacy is undeniable, the road to equality in education remains under construction. We must continue advocating for inclusive learning environments and equal opportunities for all students. Let's remember Brown v. Board's impact, celebrate progress made, and commit to ongoing efforts for a truly just education system.

Arkansas Association of Black Psychology Professionals Celebrates Brown v. Board with Sold-Out Success!

A round of applause for our client, the Arkansas Association of Black Psychology Professionals (AABPP)! Their recent event commemorating the 70th anniversary of Brown v. Board of Education was a resounding success!

The event, held this past April, proved to be a powerful tribute to this landmark decision. Demand for in-person attendance was so high that AABPP had to add additional seats to accommodate the enthusiastic audience.

This incredible turnout speaks volumes about the importance of open discussions and reflection on the ongoing quest for educational equity. The event created a space for learning, dialogue, and celebrating the progress made since Brown v. Board.

Congratulations to AABPP for organizing such an impactful and well-attended event! We're proud to have played a role in its success.
