Empowering Movement, Community, and Healthy Aging

Hi {{contact.first_name}}

I have been working at my physio room in Long Crendon for 9 weeks already; the gestational duration of many cats and dogs apparently!

I can't claim to have produced new life in that time but I can tell you that I feel renewed. I feel reinvigorated and excited for the year ahead. I am looking forward to helping you and others to move better, feel connected and age gracefully.

If you haven't been to The Haven yet, I hope you can come to my next social...a Coffee Morning on Friday 10th May 10.00-12.00.

I want to continue grow this community both in-person with treatments at the Haven, socials and the monthly walks (next Tuesday in Ickford) and online via the Facebook group, Lisa Kerry's Physiotherapy Hub and these monthly newsletters. I hope this will give you opportunities to connect with me, and other members of my physio family, in whichever mode suits you best.

Pay it forward. I am introducing a new feature this month. At the end of each month I am going to draw the name of someone who had treatment with me, at random. I will then invite this person to nominate a friend, family member or even someone they don't know so well to receive a free treatment from me. This can be in-person in Long Crendon or online if they live far away.

I hope to see you on Tuesday in Ickford for the walk if you can make,

with warmest wishes

As more people have come joined my physio family it’s a good time to reintroduce myself and what The Enable Movement is about.

I created it in 2022 with 3 key missions;

  • To use my physiotherapy skills to restore the movement of as many people as possible

  • To offer opportunities for people to connect with each other

  • To be an enabler of movement at all stages of someone's life.

The Facebook group, Lisa Kerry's Physiotherapy Hub which is open to everyone, not just existing clients and friends, is where you will find the Desk Workers Ergonomic Makeover Challenge. This is a challenge for 30 days to make positive changes to your work environment. Work with me to improve your desk workalike.

If these topics interest you there this is the link to the group. I'd love to interact with you there.
