Dear {{contact.first_name}},
Happy September!
If you’ve been following me for a while, you know September feels like New Year’s to me. Maybe it’s years of starting new school classes, or maybe it’s because Rosh Hashanah - the Jewish New Year - usually falls this month.
Whatever the reason, I always feel a surge of energy and motivation this time of year, and this September is no different - big things are happening!
I’ve shifted my business focus to Extra Hands! Virtual Assistance.
You’ll still get all the productivity coaching you know me for but now with a clear focus: helping business owners clear space in their life and business so they can confidently hire team members.
You might notice a fresh look to this newsletter. That’s because I’ve officially moved from Mailchimp to Go High Level (GHL) for email and workflow automation.
For years, I resisted using a system. I told myself I didn’t need one and tried to keep everything in my head.
But the truth is - I do need one.
To grow, I need templates, workflows, and reminders to track what’s working (and what isn’t).
Sound familiar?
I’ve helped countless clients build systems like these. Now it’s my turn to implement them in my own business. It’s exciting… and a little scary!
GHL is a tool and it's up to me to make it work for me (or find something that works better). My goal with GHL isn’t just to ultimately hand off these tasks but to set up smart workflows for:
Client intake and follow-up
The referral process for Directory members and Entrepreneurs looking for a VA
Onboarding and follow-up for podcast guests
By documenting and streamlining these processes, I’m setting the stage for growth and making it easier to bring in the right team members when the time comes.
Extra Hands! Virtual Assistance is growing and I'm so excited for the direction we're heading.
Podcast growth: Hey! Do I Need a VA? is expanding! We’ve been recording with incredible guests - specialists who help business owners figure out whether they need a coach, strategist, or VA.
VA Directory expansion: I’m exploring new platforms to make it easier to connect business owners with VAs, specialists, and strategists - giving them the right level of support before hiring a VA.
Everything I've asked my clients to do, I’m doing too - breaking projects into steps, creating systems, and facing the growing pains of expansion.
It’s not always easy, but it’s giving me a whole new appreciation for what my clients experience when they’re building their businesses.
If you need help figuring out your systems and processes, I can help!
