Viivästyksiä Hartwallin toimituksissa tällä viikolla

Uuden varastonohjausjärjestelmämme käyttöönoton vuoksi toimituksissamme tulee olemaan tällä viikolla viiveitä. 

Tällä viikolla (viikko 44) Hartwallin toimitukset ovat valitettavasti 1–2 päivää myöhässä. 

Viikonlopun aikana olemme saaneet paljon aikaan ja uusi järjestelmä toimii, joten tällä viikolla kuromme viivettä kiinni hartiavoimin.  

NOUTOVARASTOT AUKI MYÖS LAUANTAINA 2.11. 

Noutovarastomme ovat auki lisäpäivän lauantaina 2.11. klo 10-15. Ne palvelevat teitä arkisin Helsingissä Tattariharjulla, Turussa ja Oulussa klo 11-18 ja Tampereella klo 10-17.

Olemme pahoillamme toimituksien myöhästymisestä. Teemme kaikkemme, jotta pääsemme taas normaaliin toimitusrytmimme. Tavoitteemme on päästä palvelemaan teitä uuden järjestelmän avulla vielä entistä paremmin. 

Tiedotamme muutaman päivän päästä tilanteesta uudelleen.

Delays in Hartwall Deliveries This Week

Due to our new warehouse management system, there will be delays in our deliveries this week.

This week (week 44), Hartwall’s deliveries will unfortunately be 1–2 days late.

Over the weekend, we have made significant progress, and the new system is operational. We will be working hard this week to catch up on the delays.

PICK-UP WAREHOUSES OPEN ALSO ON SATURDAY 2.11.

Our pick-up warehouses will be open for an additional day on Saturday, 2.11. from 10:00 to 15:00. They will serve you on weekdays in Helsinki at Tattariharju, in Turku and Oulu from 11:00 to 18:00, and in Tampere from 10:00 to 17:00.

We apologize for the delays in deliveries. We are doing everything we can to return to our normal delivery schedule. Our goal is to serve you even better with the new system.

We will provide an update on the situation in a few days.
