ENGAGE WITH OUR LOCAL ECOSYSTEM

Get ready! We’re excited to lead the way for the Fuckup Nights Miami Chapter for another year! Fuckup Nights is a global community and event series that shares stories of professional failure. Each month, in events across +200 cities and 65 countries, we get a couple of speakers to get up in front of a room full of strangers to share their own professional fuckup. The stories of the business that crashes and burns, the partnership deal that goes sour, the product that has to be recalled, we tell them all.

Picture this:

You’re in Miami and some of the sharpest innovation leaders step onto the stage, one by one, sharing the most epic crashes of their careers. The most innovative move isn’t avoiding failure, it’s actually failing fast and learning immediately so you can change directions! In this special edition, founders, creators, and risk-takers are sharing the stories that don’t make it to the highlight reel.

For this edition, we’re proud to co-host alongside the Center for Black Innovation as we gather our community for another unforgettable night of bold lessons, real talk, and collective growth.

CO-CREATED SOLUTIONS:

SOLVE WITH US

Across the country, we’re partnering with bold leaders and organizations to train skill and design strategies that strengthen teams, deepen connection, and scale impact. Right now, we’re:

  • Having a blast with the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Miami crew to facilitate workshops and trust-building experiences around designing an equitable culture in the workplace and developing strong public speaking and advocacy skills among this year’s cohorts of dynamic changemakers.

→ Apply to participate in their upcoming cohort!

  • Supporting Elevate Cities with a custom retreat designed to help a rapidly scaling team stay aligned, grounded, and energized as they grow.

→ Join them at The Longest Table during the 10 Days of Connection!

  • Continuing as a trusted capacity strengthening partner to local and national foundations, including The Miami Foundation and Julian Grace Foundation in Chicago, so organizations can sustain their work and scale their impact with intention through strategic planning and operational skills.

→ Access supportive sessions and materials at The Miami Foundation’s Capacity Building Resource Bank!

  • Bringing together arts organizations, schools, funders, and community leaders with Arts Access LA, a cross-sector initiative designed to expand equitable access to high-quality arts education for young people across Los Angeles. The initiative builds collaboration around a shared vision, strengthens pathways to opportunity, and develops collective strategies that help students thrive creatively, academically, and personally.

Each of these partnerships are co-created, rooted in the belief that the people closest to the work already hold the wisdom needed to drive it forward.

There’s always more things you can do.

LATEST AT RP

We’re happy and proud to share that we’ve stepped up our game on what we curate for you. This time around, we want to give a shoutout to a few of the talented humans who make us and our work better every day.

María

Magu Paper Co.

With her design skills, she co-designs resources to accelerate our impact.

"For me, design has always been about more than aesthetics. It's about connection. As the founder of Magu Paper Co., and as someone who was once part of the Miami community, getting to work with RP during these 10 Days of Connection has been a full-circle moment and a reminder of exactly why I do what I do. Together, we've been co-creating resources that don't just look good, but actually carry meaning. Visuals that speak to people, reflect who this community is, and help RP's message reach further. Being able to put my creativity in service of people and purpose is honestly one of the most fulfilling things I get to do. Grateful to be part of it."

Alejandra

Claridad Experience.

Ale, Facu, Moni and Juanita are a great team of storytellers.

"There is something that happens when you get close to people who have dedicated their lives to building a better world, it changes you. Working alongside organizations and movements driven purely by impact and people has been one of the greatest gifts of our work. They remind us, again and again, why telling the right story matters.

The for-impact space is full of people doing extraordinary things, often with very little, always with everything they've got. Getting to support that, to help carry those stories forward, doesn't feel like a job. It feels like a privilege. Their purpose becomes our purpose. And that shared energy is something we are endlessly grateful for."

Angélica

Sumark

Angélica and her team are engaging with our community online.

“As the community manager for 10 Days of Connection's Year 10, my work lives in the space between what happens around a table and what reaches someone's phone, translating real human experiences into content that makes someone in Miami stop scrolling and think: maybe I should show up. I believe in this because I've lived it. Years ago, a conversation with a girl in a shelter for orphaned teenagers changed how I see people. She told me her story, and I stopped judging and started understanding. That's what 10 Days of Connection does at scale. It creates the conditions for that shift to happen, over and over, across an entire city.”

As always, thanks for changemaking with us.
