YOU are so rad!

We need you to not only remember and feel you are indeed rad, but to also act on it. How rad, you ask? Boldly, smartly, kindly, wherever you are. Radically and brave enough to spread joy, equity, respect, and love in all the spaces you’re in. And then, sprinkle them with high quality and fun play!

Let’s step into 2026 thinking, dreaming, and manifesting that the world is FULL of great people, who mean well, and can change the trajectory of all the challenges humanity faces. We don’t need to work harder; we need to work smarter, louder, and together.

To those who already did that with us last year, thank you. To those who will dare to do so this year, yay. And to all of you rad humans: we can’t wait to see you change-making in the streets of your city.

Miami? Chicago? Los Angeles? We’ll be right there with you.

CO-CREATED SOLUTIONS: SOLVE WITH US

We’re on the lookout for Capacity Builders who love Miami and spend their time supporting impact leaders, organizations, and their teams!

Following our powerful Neighborhood Heroes Connect powerful convening and the release of the Neighborhood Heroes Study, we’re working towards building shared services as a solution that centralizes expertise on Communications, Finance, Legal, Communications, and even shared space.

Our goal? To curate a strong roster of coaches and consultants, and connect organizations through a shared platform that makes accessing, funding, and contracting services easy; using technology as a tool for equity.

If you’ve got something to offer, join us to brainstorm on February 3 and tell your colleagues to RSVP below:

Share services with Miami's leaders

Our capacity strengthening partnerships with bold funders continue to grow.

This quarter, we are launching a capacity-building pilot that supports three Chicago–based organizations to strengthen their strategy, leadership alignment, and organizational sustainability. We are honored to be partnering with a family-founded, BIPOC-led grantmaker whose approach to philanthropy centers community leadership and the voices most impacted by racial inequity. Our team has co-designed and will be delivering a structured three-year learning and advising experience that includes tailored strategic planning support, facilitated peer learning, and ongoing accountability.

Joan, Alia, and Andreina are leading this work, guiding program design, facilitating group sessions, and providing hands-on strategic advising to help each organization clarify priorities, improve internal decision-making, and strengthen their readiness for long-term systems-change work.

Our team shares their perspectives...

Alia

"At first, I hesitated to write about this. It’s tragic that acknowledging the documented genocide of Palestinian people feels controversial. I’ve watched this live-streamed genocide unfold on my phone for over two years, of people who look and sound like me and my family. Grief doesn’t capture it. Bereft? Incredulous? I still can’t believe it’s happening in my lifetime. This isn’t about religion; it’s about systematic dehumanization rooted in imperialism and colonialism. I believe the most radical thing we can do is to unite in our shared humanity and amplify stories that help us understand all perspectives. The Oscar-nominated film All That’s Left of You is now in theaters nationwide, though not yet in Miami. Know someone who can screen it here? Let me know, and let’s make it happen."

Victoria

"In a moment where hard-won protections for women and gender-diverse people continue to be rolled back and public discourse too often questions whose rights, labor, and leadership matter, our commitment to gender equity feels even more urgent. We care deeply about closing power gaps that persist across workplaces, communities, and decision-making spaces, especially for those navigating intersecting barriers of race, class, and immigration status. This is about more than representation. It is about reshaping systems so care, collaboration, and courage are valued as essential leadership practices."

Luisana

“My country, Venezuela, has been at the forefront of the news lately. I want to move past headlines and share about my experience. For over a decade, we have been fighting for democracy and our rights through peaceful protest and by voting to elect a new president despite the irregularities of an electoral system. We have often felt helpless and alone within the region and international structures. Still, I take pride in what has kept Venezuelans going: our creativity, sense of community, resilience, and care; by the people, for the people. We have shown that when the system fails, we have each other. What will happen after the U.S. intervention in our country? We don’t know. I remain hopeful that, while not ideal, it is another step toward dismantling an unwanted, authoritarian government.”

As always, thanks for changemaking with us.
